Hands of Hope will hold its’ annual Candlelight Vigil Monday, October 7th at 7pm at St. James Lutheran Church, 1206 north Miller Avenue in Marion. The speaker this year will focus on how someone who suspects their friend or relative might be in a toxic relationship can reach out to that person and what to say. The event is free and open to the public.
