Attorney General Won’t Be Charged For Groping Women

A special prosecutor announced Tuesday that Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill will not be criminally charged for the alleged drunken groping of a lawmaker and three legislative staffers at a party earlier this year.

Hill allegedly groped the four women at an Indianapolis bar during a party to mark the end of the legislative session last March.

Hill refused to resign following the allegations, though he was publicly requested to do so by Governor Eric Holcomb and several key lawmakers.

Although the special prosecutor won’t seek charges against Hill, he still could be impeached by the legislature if they choose to do so.
